1. Money-back guarantee
You have 7 days from your purchase to request a refund. The 7 days are counted from the purchase date.
2. How to request
Email support@viraproduto.com with the email you used at checkout. No need to explain why. We reply within 24 hours.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
